General conditions of sale and use
Article 1 – Object and fields of application of the GCS.
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products sold on the website www.ollyse.com , hereinafter referred to as "the site", to any natural person or company, hereinafter referred to as "customer ". Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale (GTC) by the customer. No product may be purchased without knowledge and prior acceptance of these GCS. To validate his order, the customer must tick the box "I accept the general conditions of sale".
Article 2 – Content
Ollyse offers jewelry and accessories for women and men. Each product present on the site includes a description of the characteristics of the product in particular: the price including VAT, the material, the color and the size, accompanied by at least one photograph of the product taken by us. The jewelry is essentially made of stainless steel and 18 carat 3 micron gold plated. Ollyse strives to present its products as precisely as possible but is not responsible for the accuracy of the colors of the products, nor for the appearance of the product put online on the site, the latter being able to be modified by the quality of the screen of the client's smartphone/computer. Ollyse is not responsible for the degradation of the products in the event of poor conservation on the part of the customer.
Ollyse undertakes to honor orders within the limits of product availability. Stocks are updated automatically after each order.
In the event of unavailability after placing an order, Ollyse undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to, within 14 working days, either proceed to the refund, or send the product in the event of a return in stock, only with the agreement of the customer so that this one is not harmed by the delay of sending.
Article 3 – Access to the site and ordering
As mentioned in article 1, any order placed on the www.ollyse.com site requires acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer can create a customer account by providing his personal information. However, the creation of an account is not required either to access the content of the website or to place an order.
The customer can proceed to the selection of the products of which he wishes to be the purchaser by placing them in his basket. A summary of the items selected as well as the price including VAT, the delivery price, the delivery time and the different payment methods will be presented to him. As soon as the order is placed, he receives a confirmation e-mail including the order number, the list of products and the prices. By validating his order, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card and/or has the necessary authorization to proceed with the payment. Ollyse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any customer order in the event of a dispute relating to non-payment of a previous order. Ollyse cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network and/or accessibility to the website.
Article 4 – Price
The prices are indicated in EURO, all taxes included, excluding transport costs and customs fees or other duties and/or taxes related to the importation of the Products into the Customer's country, where applicable, the latter will be at the customer's expense.
The prices of our products may be modified at any time and without notice.
The value added tax is that of the Kingdom of Belgium (21%).
The different payment methods offered are as follows: VISA/Mastercard, Bancontact, Paypal.
Article 5 – Delivery and receipt of the package
The order will be prepared and delivered to the carrier within 24 to 72 hours following payment of the full amount by the customer, the latter is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The customer has the possibility of obtaining the resolution of the sales contract, free of charge, in the event that the dispatch note has not yet been created. He must contact Ollyse by email via the email@example.com . If the delivery slip has already been created when the e-mail is sent, the customer can still cancel his order, but shipping costs may be charged. In the event of resolution, the customer is reimbursed, within fourteen (14) days via the means of payment used during payment.
Ollyse will not be responsible for an error or delay in delivery if this results from an error in entering information by the customer or in the event of an external event (natural disaster, strike, etc.). Any costs relating to the reshipment of the package occurring following an error in the information provided by the customer are at his expense.
The customer can choose the carrier of his choice. The price and delivery time depend on the carrier and the geographical area. Unless otherwise stated, the deliveries offered by Ollyse relate only to collection points.
The products remain the property of Ollyse until full payment of all sums due by the customer. Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the integrity of the products. In the event of a delivery or order error, and/or a product not conforming to its description, the customer has 48 hours to contact Ollyse firstname.lastname@example.org . The customer must provide a detailed written description of the defect and/or non-conformity, accompanied by a photo. The request will be reviewed by Ollyse. If the request proves to be justified, a solution will be proposed (commercial gesture, refund, exchange). Beyond the time limit of 48 hours, any complaint will be considered inadmissible.
Article 6 – Return and exchange
Upon receipt of his order, the customer has a period of 14 days to return all or part of the order, without having to justify his choice. To do so, the customer must communicate his wish to return to the following e-mail address:email@example.com . The customer will then receive shipping instructions. The customer must return the package in its original shipping packaging and the products must be in perfect condition, in their individual packaging. For reasons of hygiene, the earrings cannot be the subject of a right of withdrawal by the customer. Personalized products, products returned damaged, soiled, damaged or incomplete will not be taken back.
The return being the responsibility of the customer, the return costs and the responsibility are his responsibility. It is up to the customer to keep the proof of deposit of the parcel, the postal stamp being proof of the date of return. In case of loss of the package, no refund can be made.
Ollyse undertakes to reimburse the products complying with the terms of return using the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction, within fourteen (14) days following the date of collection of the products.
Article 7 – Personal data
The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning the digital act, the law of July 21, 2016 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data. staff of August 6, 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: n° 2016-679). Ollyse undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security and protection of Information. Furthermore, Ollyse does not collect any “sensitive data”. Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people likely to have access to the data of Ollyse Users are mainly our customer service agents.
Article 8 - Intellectual property and counterfeits
Ollyse is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website: texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the site of any element it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement.
